Hi, I’m Elizabeth! I am a registered Yoga teacher and advocate for living a life of abundance through mindful daily practices and building a healthy relationship with our emotional and physical selves. I began my career as an elementary teacher, where my passion for helping my students see their potential was at the core of each lesson.

I loved seeing the transformation my students would make by letting go of limiting beliefs and pushing themselves to make breakthroughs, showing themselves that achieving more was always possible.

Today, I take that same passion and implement it into my yoga sessions with clients.

My classes are all about creating a welcoming space where everyone—no matter your experience level—can feel supported and inspired. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and my goal is to guide you through each movement with mindfulness, compassion, and a sprinkle of joy.

Whether you're looking to build strength, find flexibility, or simply de-stress, I’m here to offer a practice that will leave you feeling grounded and revitalized. I love witnessing the transformation that yoga can bring, both on and off the mat, and I’m honored to be part of your journey.

my Yoga Journey

With the birth of my daughter, I set forth on a journey of self discovery. Becoming a mother is one of the most powerful and wonderful changes of life. But the road of motherhood is not a straight forward path. In the beginning, I found myself turning inward and unintentionally limiting my beliefs. I did not carry the confidence and self worth I wanted to have for my daughter and family. I began to realize that to truly be there for my family, I had to be an advocate of health and happiness for myself first.

For years prior to becoming a mom, I had enjoyed casually practicing yoga. And yes, I had always left the practice with a sense of joy and well being for my body. But not until after the birth of my daughter did I begin to truly understand the power of yoga to heal me physically and mentally. Through asana practice and meditation, I’ve learned to release the expectations and pressures that motherhood can sometimes impose, and instead, embrace a mindset of self-compassion and growth.

Practicing yoga has given me the mental clarity to be more present and centered, both for my family and for myself. Through yoga and mediation, I have rediscovered my inner strength, resilience, and a deeper sense of peace, my wish is that you find the same.

What Makes My Classes Unique

In my classes, it’s not just about the physical postures; it’s about creating a connection between your body and mind. I believe that yoga should be a mindful practice—one that allows you to slow down, listen to your body, and cultivate inner awareness. My Vinyasa Flow classes are designed to offer a balance of movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, breath and mindfulness.

What sets my classes apart is the emphasis on flow and breathwork. We move together, linking each posture with the breath, allowing the practice to become a fluid, meditative experience. No two classes are exactly the same, but each one is thoughtfully crafted to guide you toward deeper self-awareness and greater strength, both physically and mentally.

My approach to teaching yoga is rooted in compassion and inclusivity. I believe yoga is for everyone, no matter your age, body type, or experience level. I create a welcoming space where you can feel comfortable exploring your practice and embracing where you are right now. There's no rush, no competition—just you, your mat, and the present moment.
