Wellness rituals 〰️
There’s something grounding about starting the day with a ritual. For the past year, drinking cold-pressed celery juice has become a nonnegotiable part of my morning. It’s simple, hydrating, and rich in natural electrolytes that support digestion and give my skin a natural glow.
But this summer, I’ve fallen in love with the creative side of juicing; playing with seasonal fruits and colorful vegetables, mixing and matching flavors, and adding even more skin-loving nutrients to my routine. Celery remains my nonnegotiable, but I now love incorporating additional juices throughout the week to round out my nutrition and get in a few more vitamins and minerals that I would not get from meals alone.
Juicing has helped me build a foundation of wellness that is vibrant, fun, and aligned with the way I want to nourish my body.
My Go-To Produce Picks
Here are some of the ingredients I find myself reaching for over and over again.
Celery – My daily must. Amazing for hydration, digestion, and overall energy.
Carrots – Packed with vitamins A, C, and K to support skin clarity and immunity.
Beets – Loaded with antioxidants and electrolytes & the color is unmatched.
Basil – I love tossing in from my garden for an antioxidant boost.
Lemon – Supports detoxification, and adds a zesty kick.
Oranges – Full of vitamin C, adds sweetness and immune support.
Pineapple – Refreshing, anti-inflammatory.
Make in advance and refrigerate up to 3 days or freeze and enjoy at a later date.
